Jib is a seasoned business professional with over 40 years experience in tourism, healthcare and retail. His career includes owning several businesses, serving as Director of the North East LHIN, and consulting several Ontario Municipalities, with a focus on tourism and infrastructure feasibility.

Gordon Forstner

Senior Advisor

Gordon Forstner brings four decades of strategic communications advisory; having worked with some of Canada’s most respected businesses and brands. Dofasco Steel became Canada’s top brand during Gord’s tenure, which was quite an accomplishment considering Dofasco had no consumer-facing brand.

Andrew Ault

Vice-President

Andrew is engaged on Limestone’s public sector and not-for-profit projects. He has worked with several municipalities as a Consultant, and several government Ministries and Crown Corporations. He teaches part-time at Lakehead University where he holds an MBA, MSc and MA in Economics and is PhD candidate in finance via Carleton.

Debby Turner

Lead, Communications

Debby comes with 40 years in retail transformation, heading well-established retailer on Manitoulin Island. She also has 10 years in hospital governance, allowing her to contribute strongly towards helping small businesses and public sector organizations. Leading stakeholder communication, Debby leverages her strategic foresight for her clients.
